Who We Are

Our organization is comprised of public safety professionals from across the state of Indiana whose agencies have either attained or are in the process of attaining state or international accreditation. If you are looking for a proven management model designed to guide your agency to a new level of professionalism – we have the tools and expertise to assist you.

Our Mission

We recognize and support the concept of accreditation for law enforcement agencies as a means to enhance the quality of law enforcement services within Indiana. To this end, InPAC will provide a network of member agencies that will encourage communication, mutual cooperation, support and the sharing of valuable resources.

What Accreditation Means

Accreditation is a voluntary process that ensures a law enforcement agency meets established standards of excellence in policy, operations, and accountability. By aligning with best practices in policing, accredited agencies demonstrate their commitment to professionalism, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Accreditation builds public trust by promoting ethical conduct, reducing risk, and strengthening community relationships. It’s a proven framework that helps agencies operate more effectively while reinforcing public confidence in their service.
